Town Tree

Trees bear witness to a neighborhood’s history.

As people come and go, trees stay put, quietly gathering stories and sustaining our urban landscape in ways we rarely stop to notice. Ipso’s Town Tree celebrates the forest right outside our doors, inviting us to look up, listen closely, and get to know our trees more like neighbors.

This free, family-friendly art show will feature paintings by Paul Peterson and Mark Stemwedel, along with a collection of neighborhood tree drawings by several local artists.

Join us for the opening reception, which will include the release of Paul DeJong’s new book, Trees of All Saints & McKennan Park. Art directed by Fresh Produce, the book will be available for the first time at Ipso Gallery.
