Graphic Designer

Sioux Falls, SD (In-Person)

Work within our creative process to bring ideas to life through smart, strategic design. You’ll help develop brands, campaigns, and creative assets across digital, social, print, environmental, and video channels, partnering closely with designers, writers, producers, media strategists, and account teams. You’ll shape work that helps our clients stand out and connect with their audience. You’ll work closely with a talented crew that values curiosity, collaboration, and making work that feels thoughtful and alive.

Bring strong design thinking, typography, composition, imagery, and storytelling to work that needs to be both strategically clear and creatively distinctive

Build, extend, and protect visual systems so brands feel consistent, flexible and memorable wherever they show up

Present ideas with clarity and confidence, explaining the strategy behind the work while staying open to smart collaboration and objective feedback

Partner closely with the team to move ideas from sketches to a polished reality

Balance multiple projects and deadlines without losing the details, the energy, or the bigger idea

Be fluent in Adobe Creative Suite and comfortable exploring tools and workflows such as Figma, motion graphics, video editing, and emerging creative technologies

Communicate clearly, collaborate effectively, and make the creative process better for clients and teammates

Maintain a calm, organized approach to fast-moving work, changing priorities, and high standards

Media Coordinator

Sioux Falls, SD (In-Person)

Work alongside our Media Strategist to support the planning, purchasing, and tracking of paid media campaigns across digital and traditional channels. You’ll work closely with our media and account teams to keep campaigns running on time, on budget, and within scope. You’ll also create docs and reporting that tell a story to our clients about the impact of media strategy.

Assist in the development and execution of media plans across digital, print, broadcast, OOH, and social channels

Communicate with the crew, vendors, and clients in a dependable and timely manner

Research audience insights, media partners, rate cards, and competitive activity to inform planning

Prepare media plans and budgets based on canvas and creative insights

Coordinate media placement deadlines with project managers to ensure launch dates are met

Process insertion orders, trafficking instructions, and campaign documentation

Monitor campaign delivery and develop performance reports

Maintain accurate media schedules, budgets, and flowcharts

Reconcile invoices and media buys against authorized plans

Understand digital (social, programmatic, search, audio, video, etc.) and traditional (out-of-home, TV, radio, print, etc.) media channels

Problem-solve proactively and resourcefully

Work independently with minimal direction and collaboratively in a team environment

Document, track, and account for small details within media buys across multiple ongoing projects

Write and communicate clearly

Demonstrate 1-3 years of experience in media planning, buying, project management, or a related role

Use Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office Suite, and Adobe proficiently

Possess media planning platform (Strata/FreeWheel, etc.) experience, preferably

Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities

Actively seek feedback and apply it to improve work
