After spending decades in hospitality, Greg Doohen stepped into real estate. Needing a brand and recruitment strategy for the Greg Doohen Realty Group, we leaned on our Broadstrokes process and interviews with leadership, employees, partners, and clients of GDRG to reveal a key differentiator—Greg’s hospitality mindset. Putting kindness before commissions, we developed an identity that not only celebrated the foundational values of GDRG but also lent itself to some playful name recognition.
